MNC Molding Machine - Quality Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system for injection machine production and operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development.
Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide training and guidance to ensure all team members understand and adhere to quality protocols.
Address customer complaints related to product quality and work with the team to implement solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive quality advancements.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards related to injection machine manufacturing.
Prepare and present quality reports to management and regulatory bodies as needed.
Travel frequently (both domestically and internationally) to oversee production sites, attend supplier meetings, and engage with clients.
