Job Description

  • Manage the critical path for product development, ensuring all milestones are met and that projects stay on schedule.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with timelines and specifications, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement quality testing protocols, ensuring all products meet company and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to coordinate production schedules and address any concerns related to quality or delivery.
  • Analyze production data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for management regarding production status, quality assurance, and any potential risks to timelines.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in merchandising, production management, or a similar role within the manufacturing , trading or buying office sector.
  • Strong understanding of critical path management and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
