Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end execution and operational management of quantitative research projects, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Conduct data analysis and synthesize insights from survey and research data to support business decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide support in the coordination and execution of qualitative research activities, including preparation, documentation, and basic analysis of findings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support multiple research initiatives while ensuring effective coordination and administrative efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing Research, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or insights roles
  • Experience in research agencies or in-house teams preferred
  • Financial services / insurance industry exposure is a plus
  • Customer-centric with strong curiosity about user behaviour
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
  • Familiarity with research tools (e.g. Qualtrics or similar) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
