About Our Client
Our client is a fast expanding education group in Hong Kong backed by listed conglomerate with a focus on high quality and wide selection of education products. They are looking for a Marketing Manager with creative mind to be in charge of their offline marketing in Hong Kong and some exposure in Mainland China. This job is suitable for people who enjoy fast pace, high autonomy and flexibility, and vibrancy at workplace.
You will be working closely with the CEO on creating marketing and budget plan focusing on offline marketing. You will be taking a key role to initiate marketing plans in Hong Kong and Mainland China, cooperate closely with international sales and marketing teams to oversee the performance of multiple projects. You will be communicating with stakeholders to deliver the correct company message, and you will be proactively reach out to external parties to form partnerships, including different education bodies, organisation and media. You will be taking the lead innovate ways to promote new products.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates are qualified with an equivalent degree or above, plus 3+ years marketing experience in fast paced industry backed by solid number. You will need to perform strong strategical and analytical skills, multitasking ability, adaptability to changes, high flexibility and ability in running and monitoring performances in multiple projects at the same time. Excellent English and Mandarin in verbal and written form is needed, and Cantonese is an advantage.
