Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and commercial performance across Hong Kong and Macau.

  • Marketing Strategy & Insights
    • Develop compelling local marketing strategies and messages for core products and new launches.
    • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to refine local product and activation strategies.
    • Track competitors and shopper behaviour, sharing actionable insights with regional teams.
  • Brand & Creative Excellence
    • Localise regional and global creative assets for the local market, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
    • Ensure strong brand consistency across campaigns, product pages, visuals, and retail touchpoints.
    • Lead visual merchandising guidelines, planograms, POS materials, and window displays to elevate in-store experience.
  • Campaign Activation & Trade Marketing
    • Own 360° campaign activation, aligning sales, education, PR, retail, and e-commerce.
    • Design and execute trade marketing programs, retail animations, pop-ups, and consumer events.
    • Partner with sales teams to create tailored promotions that drive traffic and conversion across offline and online channels.
  • Stakeholder Management & Performance Tracking
    • Present marketing plans to key retail partners and shopping malls.
    • Track sell-out performance and ROI of marketing initiatives, benchmarking vs. competitors.
    • Manage the marketing budget with strong cost control and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in trade, product, or brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, beauty or retail.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and consumer experience.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; French proficiency is an advantage.
