About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG business with a long history and a strong company background. They are recruiting a creative Marketing Director to join their expanding business.

Job Description

The Marketing Director will oversee the marketing strategy for Hong Kong and Macau markets. You will be responsible for marketing communications, innovation and managing their product portfolio. You will be designing and developing category/go-to-market plans with a focus on product mix performance, product trends, new product performance targets, and consumer insights. You will work closely with internal teams collaborating locally and with global marketing teams as well. You will be responsible for achieving long-term strategic goals and company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate must have a strong marketing leadership background in the FMCG industry. You must possess well-rounded marketing abilities and can demonstrate a strong track record. You will need to be strong in negotiation, communication and have strong analytical skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.
