Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives to achieve operational excellence and increase productivity.
  • Oversee processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish and maintain strict quality control measures to meet industry and customer standards.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean principles and other methodologies to streamline processes.
  • Manage manufacturing budgets to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to regulations and standards.
  • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
  • Provide data-driven reports to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills using data analysis.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance.
