Job Description

Lead fundraising efforts across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies. Drive capital raising initiatives targeting institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, with a strong focus on Japanese markets.

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies across multiple asset classes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Japanese institutional investors and key stakeholders.
  • Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to articulate fund strategies and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and investor appetite to inform fundraising approach.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of raising capital for alternative investment funds.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets.
  • Deep network within Japanese institutional investor community.
  • Native or fluent Japanese speaker; strong English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure investments.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
