Job Description

1. Manager / Senior Manager - Cloud & Digital Solution

- Property & facilities management / Shopping mall / Retail

- Innovation System and Mobile Apps/ Platform Revamp

- All-round technology architecture or domain-focus all-round IT PM / IT leader mindset

2. Manager / Senior Manager - Enterprise System Integration Project

- Require solution development experience

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills (across all levels)

- Good at portfolio and project managementThese strategic and results-driven IT Business Solution / Digital Transformation / ERP Managers and Senior Managers will need to lead the initiatives in enhancing business processes through technology. The roles will focus on implementing and optimising Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, driving digital transformation efforts, and ensuring alignment between IT solutions and business objectives. Their key responsibilities are -

  • Oversee the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of ERP systems to meet organisational needs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap that aligns with company goals, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operations.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Provide training and support to users on new system and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimising disruption.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or ERP-specific certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must speak fluent Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) as well as English
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems / Sharepoint/ workplace technologies.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies
    • Understanding of business intelligence and data analytic tools.
