We are helping a Chinese company in the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) sector to look for a Manager of Corporate Strategy. This position reports to the Director of Strategy & Investment Office, while working within a team of three managers to support strategy planning and strategic projects across its global businesses.
  • Support strategy planning and corporate development for a sizable firm
  • Experience serving telecom/TMT sectors in consulting firms or in-house settings

Job Description

This Manager works within the in-house strategy team which participate in the company's strategic planning with cross-functional teams and external consultants. Projects include market research, studies of overseas market entry, analysis of business development opportunities, and optimizing resources & processes.

Deliverables will include reports and presentation materials on for senior management review. Occasional travels to headquarters or overseas offices may be required as part of the project implementation and monitoring process.

The Successful Applicant



The qualified candidate should have a good education background with at least a Bachelor's degree from a accredited university. In-house strategy or consultancy experiences is required (preferably with experience serving the TMT industry). The client is keen to consider consulting candidates from "Big 4" firms or other renowned consulting firms. Native Mandarin proficiency is a big advantage.

The firm welcomes professionals who are originally from Mainland China with valid working visa to work in Hong Kong. Visa sponsorship will not be considered.
