About Our Client

Our client, a leading international insurance organization, is seeking an experienced and highly agile Strategy & Corporate Development professional to support its Asia business. This is a critical regional role driving strategic initiatives, business analysis, partnership development, and M&A activities across multiple Asian markets.

Job Description

  • Drive and support regional strategic planning, ensuring alignment between local business plans and regional objectives.
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic projects and business development.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and materials for senior management meetings and decision‑making forums.
  • Monitor performance of Asian markets, identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely advice to local entities.
  • Consolidate KPIs and produce executive‑level reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Support end‑to‑end corporate development and M&A activities, including due diligence materials, credentials, and project documents.
  • Assist in project budgeting, structuring, and preparing internal communication packs for new initiatives.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of approved strategic and corporate development projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 years' experience in financial services or management consulting
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
  • Experience in business development / market research & analysis / M&A / financial modelling
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PowerPoint and Excel
