Job Description

  • Work with senior leadership to turn corporate strategy into clear transformation priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify growth and efficiency opportunities using market analysis and internal data.
  • Design future operating models and processes by leveraging digital and AI tools, creating transformation roadmaps with milestones and risk plans to ensure long-term impact.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, and manage timelines and risks.
  • Run workshops to gather insights, build consensus, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Challenge outdated practices, propose new ideas, and pilot initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, encouraging teams to adopt and scale successful AI-enabled solutions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred, with 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Skilled in process mapping, improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience driving AI adoption, embedding AI/BI tools into workflows (automation, analytics).
  • Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and ability to deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
