Job Description

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HNW Operations Business Analyst, offering strategic guidance on industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and document key business requirements, supporting the development and deployment of a new core policy administration system and customer portal.
  • Spearhead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that system functionality aligns with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, process maps, and governance guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, fostering effective communication and ensuring transparency throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
  • Supervise the Requests for Proposals (RFPs) process, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Assess and evaluate business requirements to enhance operational efficiency and elevate service delivery.
  • Offer technical expertise on system data relationships in both Business-as-Usual (BAU) and production support scenarios.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis, or a related discipline.
  • More than 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Strong background in project management with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and procedural frameworks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the life insurance sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Resilient and decisive character with expertise in change management and conflict resolution.
  • Highly analytical and adept at problem-solving.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of leading and collaborating within a team environment.
