About Our Client
Our client is a growing trading and manufacturing organisation in field of apparel and fashion products with strong ambition to further grow the US market. They are looking for an up-and-coming sales professional.
Reporting to the Executive Director at group level, you will be responsible for driving sales activities for its textile and apparel OEM business across US region. Working in a lean international team with seasoned sales professional based in different locations across Asia, Europe and US, you will be working independently to build up local network in fashion world (mainly mass market). Being well supported by the network of manufacturing operations across various Asian regions, you will be acting as a key focal point to advise the headquarter and senior executives on the corresponding product strategies and longer term strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have solid on-the-ground US work experience. You need to have strong network and knowledge in US apparel/textile industry. You should either be a sales/key account professional from an apparel OEM/trading company or merchandising specialist (with strong sales mentality) from an apparel/fashion brand. You should be an energetic sales professional who is comfortable working independently and going around to "knock doors". Regular travelling across regions is expected.
