Our client is a leading and historical property developer with footprints across commercial, hospitality, residential space. They have placed a lot of resources in promoting their business investments, sustainability, internal growth in human capital, environment awareness etc. You will work closely with team of open-minded and intelligent people, be actively involved in the business and projects to drive for progression.

Job Description

It is a 2-year programme. Being the Management Trainee, you will work closely with management board and your own mentor to drive new business projects: shadow, assist in planning and construct ideas in the first stage, research on the market to consolidate data for presentation, analyse potential business growth and challenges, etc., where you will gain excellent exposure in specific areas according to the nature of the projects. Throughout the programme, your mentor and the team will provide real-time feedback, performance review and guidance you need.

  • Bachelor's degree holder from all disciplines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
  • Embrace new concepts and challenges, think out of the box with strong business/ commercial mind-set
  • Highly flexible, quick learner
