Job Description

  • Support M&A related activities and transaction processes, including but not limited to: fact finds, conduct research and strategic analysis, setting up project meetings/calls, support and coordinate on due diligence, prepare for high quality deliverables.
  • Conduct research including industry, country, market and competitor analysis and draw insights and provide recommendations based on research findings.
  • Analyze target companies within the specific market segments
  • Provide general administrative support to the project
  • Work closely with country and corporate colleagues as well as external advisors
  • Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in financial services industry, preferably with at least 2 years solid experience in strategy and analytical related field;
  • Experience in the financial services is preferred
  • Good understanding and familiar with the financial services industry
  • Good knowledge of the insurance markets and industry structure in the Asia region
  • An individual contributor with hands on experience in research
  • Experienced in conducting industry, market and competitor analysis
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure
  • Professional qualification (e.g. CPA; CFA) is a plus
