About Our Client

Established bank with investment bank and corporate banking exposure, strong in global markets

Job Description

  • Work with regional office and responsible for cross border M&A, capital raising and corporate finance activities

  • Prepare presentation and pitchbooks and conduct industry and company research and analysis to support the Greater China team in the origination and execution of transactions

  • Responsible for Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling, valuation and strategic analysis

  • Assist in transaction coordination between regional offices, clients, intermediaries and other relevant stakeholders

  • Provide cross-border equity capital markets (ECM) transactional, operational and syndication support for the regional equity deals including South East Asia Deals

  • Responsible for client relationship management with institutional funds in Hong Kong

The Successful Applicant

- Solid investment banking or related experience

- Familiar with cross border M&As and is familiar with the entire M&A life cycle

- Strong analytical and numerical skills- Strong financial modelling, presentation and Bloomberg skills

- Prior ECM experience is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills and team player

- Excellent project management skills

- Strong English and Putonghua language skills - written and verbal
