Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including pick and pack processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and required documentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain organized and optimized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track shipments, update inventory records, and generate reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or warehouse operations in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns related to order fulfillment and logistics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role within the logistics or distribution industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
