- A qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance
- Fellow of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine/ registered in the Specialist Register of the Medical Council of Hong Kong
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient at English AND Cantonese
