About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong‑based property and hospitality conglomerate with a strong presence in large‑scale property management and community‑focused projects.

Job Description

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and audience‑appropriate bilingual communication materials, including letters, notices, announcements, and FAQs.
  • Develop lines‑to‑take and briefing materials to support frontline teams and key stakeholders.
  • Support issue and crisis communications by ensuring timely, consistent, and aligned messaging.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth information dissemination.
  • Monitor public sentiment, resident enquiries, and emerging issues, and assist in formulating communication responses.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or customer‑facing content development.
  • Experience preparing FAQs, lines‑to‑take (LTTs), briefing notes, or external communication materials is an advantage.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
