Our client is a reputable property firm and has business across the globe. They have established for many years and have a strong team in Hong Kong to support Asia markets.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Prepare and format legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards
  • Maintain and organise legal files and records, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval
  • Assist with billing processes, including tracking billable hours and preparing invoices
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and coordination

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years experience in legal secretary
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
