About Our Client

Our client is a US headquartered law firm, with a strong presence in Mainland China and a growing business in Hong Kong.

Job Description

This role will work directly under one Partner, supporting a small team in handling work for HK IPO projects. The team handles a mix of deals, with a current strong pipeline of sponsor-side deals.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate will be a law degree holder and must have solid HK IPO experience, strong English and Chinese language capabilities and ideally able to start within short notice.
