We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager/Paralegal who is fluent in Korean, Chinese and English.

About Our Client

Our client is a Japanese head-quartered company with a growing business across APAC.

Job Description

This role will work under a General Counsel in a small legal team to support on the following:

  • Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conducting cross-border, multi-jurisdictional legal research for the business.
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations across the various legal systems.
  • Providing support on IP, litigation and other transactions when required.
  • Monitoring internal policies and guidelines, to ensure best practice.
  • Supporting on ad hoc duties when required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, working in a legal support role in-house or in law firms. It is required that the candidate must be fluent in Korean, Chinese and English. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys a multi-cultural environment and long-term stability.
