About Our Client

Our client, a sizable and well-established organization, is seeking a seasoned Legal Director to lead and oversee legal matters across commercial operations and property management.

Job Description



  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including procurement, service agreements, and operational contracts.


  • Oversee legal aspects of property management, including leasing, tenancy agreements, marketing and landlord-tenant issues.


  • Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.


  • Manage external counsel and coordinate legal support across business units.


  • Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.


  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to commercial and property sectors, ensuring timely compliance.

The Successful Applicant



  • Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 15 years PQE.


  • Extensive experience in general commercial law and property management, ideally within sizable corporations or top-tier law firms.


  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.


  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.


  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
