About Our Client

Our client is a well-established securities firm. As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking a PRC-qualified Legal Counsel to support its cross-border operations and regulatory compliance

Job Description

  • Advise on regulations relevant to securities, asset management, and cross-border financial activities
  • Support business units on transactions, licensing, and regulatory filings
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and internal policies
  • Help prepare listing documents, ensure compliance with securities laws, and support fundraising deals.

  • Liaise with PRC regulators and external counsel as needed
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business teams to ensure legal risk is well managed



The Successful Applicant

  • PRC-qualified lawyer with minimum 3 years PQE
  • Experience in securities law, financial services, or regulatory compliance preferred
  • Strong understanding of PRC legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
