As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the company.

Job Description



  • Lead and manage all legal matters across the group, acting as the sole in-house counsel


  • Advise senior management on legal strategy, risk, and compliance


  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements


  • Support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments


  • Provide legal oversight on fund structuring, formation, and regulatory matters


  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed


  • Ensure alignment with ESG-related legal and regulatory frameworks



The Successful Applicant



  • Qualified lawyer with 5 years of HK


  • Strong background in M&A, commercial law, and funds work


  • Prior experience in an in-house role or working closely with corporate clients is preferred


  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and strategically
