About Our Client

Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support its IPO initiatives. This is a strategic legal role focused on guiding the company through the IPO application process and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Description



  • Provide legal support for IPO applications, including coordination with regulators, sponsors, and external advisors.


  • Draft, review, and negotiate IPO-related documentation such as prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and corporate disclosures.


  • Advise internal teams on listing rules, securities regulations, and corporate governance matters.


  • Lead and manage legal due diligence processes and ensure full regulatory compliance.


  • Prepare and review legal reports, board resolutions, and other corporate documents required for IPO readiness.


  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders



The Successful Applicant



  • Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE, preferably with experience in IPOs or capital markets transactions.


  • Strong knowledge of listing rules, securities laws, and corporate finance regulations.


  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.


  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.


  • Fluent in English and [insert other language if applicable].
