Our client, a leading healthcare conglomerate, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and provide strategic legal support across a diverse business portfolio in the healthcare industry.

Job Description

  • Advise on general commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Provide guidance on employment law issues and HR-related compliance.
  • Manage dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel for litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions to support operations and strategic initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 1+ year PQE.
  • Experience in commercial contracts, employment law, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Candidates from law firms are welcome.
