About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform who have a dedicated approach to their industry-specific clients.

Job Description

You will support the General Counsel in handling the full cycle of financing transactions. In addition to financing work, you will provide general legal advisory support and liaise with external parties to support the business growth. You will also touch on matters relating to regulatory compliance, data privacy and litigation work when required.

The Successful Applicant

This role is targeting a 3-5PQE Banking & Finance Lawyer who has a driven and proactive mindset to fit a start-up environment. Experience working in in-house environments will be highly preferred, but candidates coming straight from private practice will also be considered. A high-level of spoken and written English is required for this position.
