About Our Client

Our client is a market leader, specialising in providing services for High Net-Worth clients across the globe.

Job Description

This role will report directly to the Head of the team and be responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance function. This includes reviewing various business documentation to ensure compliance is upheld, maintain and update internal compliance training manuals, assist in reviewing and drafting client documentation, keep up to date on laws and regulations relevant to the business and assist in providing advice on risk frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with around 2 years of regulatory compliance experience or 2 years of paralegal experience (with an interest to switch into compliance). Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be essential for this role. This position requires someone with strong communication, good drafting skills and a proactive attitude.
