This includes reviewing various business documentation to ensure compliance is upheld, maintain and update internal compliance training manuals, assist in reviewing and drafting client documentation, keep up to date on laws and regulations relevant to the business and assist in providing advice on risk frameworks.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with around 2 years of regulatory compliance experience or 2 years of paralegal experience (with an interest to switch into compliance). Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be essential for this role.
