Job Description

You will work alongside other Paralegals under the guidance of lawyers to assist across Hong Kong IPO, listing compliance, M&A and general corporate transactions. Some of the day-to-day work will involve conducting due diligence, verification's, assisting with legal drafting, conducting legal research and ad hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with native Mandarin language skills and fluency in English. They must have at 1 year of IPO experience, gained in either Hong Kong or Mainland China. A legal qualification in PRC or the US will be highly advantageous.
