Job Description

As a Senior Leasing Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing leasing activities for retail portfolio, including tenant connection and retention strategies.
  • Preparing and negotiating lease agreements to align with company policies.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Hong Kong property market.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth property operations and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinating property inspections and addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate records of lease agreements and tenant information.
  • Providing regular reports on leasing performance and market conditions to senior management.
  • Supporting the implementation of property marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 yrs of property leasing practices in Hong Kong.
  • An ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing leasing operations.
