Job Description

As a Leasing AGM, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
  • Managing tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on leasing performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing AGM should have:

  • Proven expertise in property leasing and tenant management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Property industry and market trends.
  • over 15 years of leasing experience.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A results-driven approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
