Lead Data Scientist

- Lead a team of 2 on research & development, deployment of multiple models and twist them into business use
- Perform close communication with BUs, come up with new solutions, prioritize resource and provide guidance
- Enhance existing models to optimize the coverage across BUs
- Develop and implement personalized recommendation solutions that improved customer replenishment experiences and drove business growth through timely and relevant suggestions
- Collaborate on campaign testing design to evaluate the impact of recommendation systems on customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Design and deploy an LLM-powered product categorization model, driving improvement in grouping granularity that enhances the replenishment recommendations design.
- Analyze customer behavior to gain deeper insights into customer characteristics, informing the design of new features and optimizing customer experiences.
- Continuously explore new AI concepts and techniques to address complex business questions, identify innovation opportunities, and assess their potential.
