Our client is one of the largest US investment banks that mainly provides investment and wealth management services. The department is currently looking for a KYC Analyst to handle KYC/ CDD, client onboarding and compliance duties for private wealth management client. The successful candidate should have relevant of working experience within KYC/ compliance field in banking industry.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for a KYC Analyst to be responsible for client onboarding, KYC/ CDD review, compliance duties and client onboarding procedures for Private Wealth Management clients.

Job Description

  • Accurately update the firm's systems and databases with information and documentation from clients.
  • Handle inquiries and ad-hoc requests from internal clients, including Compliance
  • Proactively engage with business teams, account management, Compliance, and Operations throughout the complete lifecycle of review processes, from initial request to final completion
  • Exhibit the capability to effectively manage volume spikes, prioritise work, and address ad-hoc requests and projects in a timely manner to meet evolving business demands
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and ability to implement, appropriate responses to changes, such as regulatory updates, internal policy modifications, and procedural revisions
  • Consistently deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely work, meeting or exceeding expected throughput rates



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Relevant of working experience in client onboarding, KYC field within investment banking industry
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chine
