About Our Client
Our client is a retail store. They are looking for the right talent to join their team.
- Mange the incoming calls and emails and understand customer's needs
- Handle service requests and solve incidents related to the use of IT services
- Escalate the requests and incident where applicable
- Share knowledge with teammates globally
- Operate in accordance with company's policies, procedures and standard
- Work flexible shifts to cover service hour (7am - 7pm)
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in IT customer service role/ Service Desk environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English and Korean
- Strong problem-solving experience, organised and able to handle multi-task
