Key Account Manager - Leading Logistics Company
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established logistics company that provides total supply chain services to global brands. It is one of the largest delivery companies in Asia and it provides services internationally.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for strategic global accounts of the company. This role will be leading team members to handle different kinds of key account sales projects, planning & monitor the sales activities and resources to achieve goals. This person will have to provide top service to the targeted customers and manage the full sales cycles, develop new business opportunities within the accounts and maintain strong relationship with them. This person will have the daily tasks of understanding the business goals and create relevant business proposal and relevant procedure (SOP, flows, briefing etc.).
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience and solid record in account management or related field in logistics or forwarding industry. This candidate also needs to be familiar with implementation of logistics / supply chain project. This person will need to be able to work independently and pay close attention to details. Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are required. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese are mandatory. Fluent mandarin is a must.
