About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company that has expanded into over 10 countries in 5 years' time. Under the leadership of their business leader, the company seized the golden opportunities in this area of business which allowed them to further expand. As the business has been growing enormously, they are currently looking for a Key Account Manager join their company.
You will be reporting directly to the Key Account Director. Acting as the Key Account Manager, you will be representing the brand to build excellent relationship with your clients. Also, you are expected to review business performance for your clients and provide solutions to ensure account growth and profitability. As an account servicing role, you will provide superior service to clients through attentive follow-up and effectively responding to their concerns and needs.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in account servicing roles, preferably with B2B experience. Aside from excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate should have management and a result-drive mindset with good business sense. The successful candidate should have an out-going and energetic personality with a positive attitude.
