About Our Client

The Alternative Investment Manager, based in Hong Kong, specialises in offering investment solutions with a primary focus on hedge funds and private equity. Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you are responsible for:

* Collaborate with senior sales team members to identify client opportunities within Asia's family offices, and UHNWs, and execute client and business development plans across different business segments.
* Foster new relationships with potential investors, engaging them regularly on products and business initiatives.
* Assist throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to addressing prospect requests for information, conducting investor due diligence, on boarding, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Support the planning, management, and execution of capital raising activities, including client seminars, events, fund-raising roadshows, etc.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of firm-wide marketing strategies to enhance the company's profile, brand, and generate business opportunities.
* Participate in strategic and ad-hoc business projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is essential).
* At least 4 years of experience in sales support or business development roles within the asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry, with a strong focus on alternative investments.
* Prior experience working in alternative investment firms with significant exposure to hedge funds and private equity products.
* Demonstrated experience in handling family offices or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWs).
* Preferred holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4.
* Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
* Independent with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities
