Job Description

  • Design and develop health data solutions such as analytics, dashboards, business insights to generate health insights and enable strategic health initiatives
  • Provide key health insights and analytics to identify health gaps, health trends, for use in customer engagement, product development, and health solutions to business stakeholders
  • Develop and build healthcare data ecosystem and data repository to capture, store, and unify health-related data from a wide variety of data sources to enable analytics use cases
  • Design and implement best practices for capturing, analysing, and utilising health-related data to enable strategic health solutions and initiatives
  • Stakeholder and project management across health initiatives, working closely business stakeholders, technical delivery team, and external vendors to deliver health solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in medical science, health, business, computer science, engineering, public health or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in analytics or related fields.
  • Experience in health insurance/healthcare is an advantage, especially in health management
  • Strong experience with data analytics, database storage tools, data cleansing and transformation, machine learning
  • Stakeholder management experience, project management experience and/or Agile methodology
