Job Description

  • Developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Conducting data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
  • Optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Documenting processes, methodologies, and results for internal stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support and expertise on AI-related projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in AI applications.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Ability to build and optimize retrieval systems, manage data chunking, indexing, and reranking for high-performance RAG pipeline
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large scale enterprise environment is preferable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
