Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for banking operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
  • Optimise application performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with the Java and financial services industry trends.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all development activities.
  • troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues as needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Java Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor+ in CS, IT, Math or related; 6+ yrs building large-scale systems, finance preferred.
  • A strong understanding of Java programming and related frameworks Spring Boot, micro-services, container stacks. Nice to familiar with Devops, Python or front-end related.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively.
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration with global teams.
  • Better to have experience developing software applications within the financial services industry.
