About Our Client
As one of the top tier banks in Hong Kong, my client is looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Human Resource Team.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this passionate individual will focus on the building and development of the talent acquisition pipeline and supporting the recruitment and expansion a of the business.
Main responsibilities include traditional end to end recruitment, from profiling, candidate assessment, contract drafting, negotiation, stakeholder relations to employee on-boarding. You will also be working closely with stakeholders to align with the business need and talent market update.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have solid IT recruitment experience, preferably with banks or financial services institutions. Candidates with experience hiring technical positions across all levels will be a plus.
- University graduate
- At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
- Immediate available candidate is highly preferred
