About Our Client

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Operations and Support Manager to lead the IT support function and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent attitude, support skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure while providing top-notch support to end-users.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily IT operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user support services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT operations and support services.
  • Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align operations with business goals and support initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to IT systems and processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and support procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations and support, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
  • Proven experience with incident management systems and support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud services, networking, and security is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or equivalent) are preferred.
