About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Hong Kong listed companies with a wide range of business portfolio from property investment to information technology. Their headquarters are in HK with strong global presence. To cope with recent business expansion, they are currently seeking for a Technical Support Officer who will be responsible for providing IT Support to the internal users in the head office.

Job Description

  • Provide first & second tier helpdesk support
  • Conduct trouble shooting & user training
  • Engage in IT system enhancement projects
  • Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining desktop, laptop & mobile devices
  • Responsible for supporting video conferencing & remote desktops
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Computer Science and Information Systems or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Experience in providing video conferencing solutions will be a plus
  • IT Knowledge on Windows, IOS, Android and Office suite
