Our client, a world renowned asset management firm, is looking for a Technical Engineer to provide deskside Tier 1 and 2 support for end users in the Hong Kong office. The candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in supporting O365, AD, networks (wifi), Zoom, mobile devices, Crestron, VPN, Citrix, etc. Experience with Bloomberg would be highly advantageous. Excellent command in Mandarin and English is mandatory.

Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to end users and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
  • Install and maintain hardware, AV, and meeting room and relevant software
  • Assist in network support and troubleshooting
  • 3rd party vendor management
  • Work with IT teammates to address complex issues and implement new technologies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in Tier 1 and 2 support in a financial institution
  • Excellent communication and customer servicing skills in English and Mandarin is mandatory
  • Solid support experience in hardware, O365, networking (wifi), mobile devices, Zoom, Crestron, VPN and Citrix support
  • Experience in trading system support is highly advantageous (Bloomberg)
