As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high quality service by troubleshooting and resolving company information systems at our client's Hong Kong office.

About Our Client

Our client is a renowned beauty and cosmetics brand known for its high-quality products that emphasise natural ingredients and traditional techniques. The brand offers a diverse range of items, including skincare, body care, and fragrances.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to technical support requests for all Hong Kong office users and retail stores, providing timely support related to company technology.
  • Conduct software installations, network configurations, printer setups, email configurations, and routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Manage and maintain our Hong Kong office server room.
  • Assist with setting up technology for conferences and meetings rooms.
  • Co-ordinate with external parties to provide the above support for all stores in Hong Kong.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service calls provided, records of IT assets, and all technical procedures.
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher diploma or higher in an I.T. related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft 365, Cisco, ITIL etc. will be advantageous.
  • 3 or more years of working experience in a similar role for a multinational retail company.
  • Solid experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, LAN/WAN, Cisco networking, VMWare, Windows Server, Azure, Service Now and security practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a service orientated mindset to effectively provide technical support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible. Can take the initiative to learn and apply technical skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
