About Our Client

Our client is a professional services provider with business around the world. Apart from the headquarter in Europe, they have further offices in North America and Asia as well. To cope with technology advancement, they are now recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join their global IT Team.

Job Description

  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support
  • Identify and resolve computer, system, and network issues
  • IT Tickets logging and Queue management
  • Support internal systems
  • Support global IT project implementation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience in user and desktop support
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated and proactive
  • Knowledge of the ITIL would be a great advantage
