Job Description

  • Respond to clients' requests for technical support via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems associated with operating systems and applications
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions achieved
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on the proper use of hardware and software systems
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Manage the IT asset and conduct regular stock take
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Min. 3-4 years' experience in professional firm environment and regional office exposure
  • Technical knowledge of supporting Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 suite, Citrix, VPN, MDM (Airwatch)
  • PC and laptop congiguration experience
  • ITIL certidies is preferred
