Job Description

  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, and user issues
  • Diagnose, track, and escalate incidents through the ticketing system
  • Deliver onsite, phone, and remote support to end users
  • Support staff onboarding/offboarding and user access setup
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Assist with meeting room AV, conferencing tools, and hardware setups
  • Maintain IT assets, documentation, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with vendors on procurement and equipment servicing
  • Participate in IT operations, policy updates, and small projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of technical support experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows 11, O365, AD, and basic networking
  • Able to troubleshoot PC hardware/software and user issues
  • Experience with MDM, AV tools, and teleconferencing platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
